Carlouel Yacht Club, an exclusive private club located on Clearwater Beach Florida, was founded in 1934 by T.R. Palmer, G.A. Hobart and Paul Randolph. Located both on deep water bay and white sandy beach, Carlouel is known for fine dining and entertainment for family and friends with a strong heritage lasting many decades.
